We are arming for the fight, pressing on with all our might, plumming wings for higher flight, UP & ON!

Dearest Stephen,

Was just looking through the blog set up by the NTU Dragon Boat Team and tears just welled up because I still miss you!

There are so many things I wish I could say to you.... But I know one day, we will meet again in my heavenly Father's house... So meanwhile, I just want to say thank you...

Thank you.... For touching my life with your friendship.... I miss the days when we used to play Basketball in St. Andrews Secondary... We loved the game so much that we would play it during recess and again after school till the evening..... And on Fridays and Saturdays, we would head down to NIE for more BBall till late at night and end up having dinner cum supper at Serene centre McDonalds where we would chat until we got on the last bus number 93 to head home! JORDAN RULES!

Then on Sundays, I remember Wen Bing, your brothers, Daniel, Gideon and you would pop by to visit me at my church because our churches were renting the same compound at SIM!

Thank you for always lending me a listening ear and for giving an encouraging word when I was down.... Although I never got to see you again after we left school.... Your friendship has always held a special place in my heart....

And finally, thank you once again for being an inspiration to me to live my life with even more passion and to make it count for the Lord. After reading about all the lives you have touched, I am encouraged and spurred on especially when times got rough and I wanted to give up. In those dark times, I remembered the legacy of your life and I asked myself many a time, "How would Steph have done it?" and the answer would always be a resounding "With excellence and tenacity!"

Bro, you have fought the good fight! And until we meet again! You will always be the inspiration for me to fight mine and to finish my race well! You will ALWAYS be greatly missed!

UP & ON!
Your friend,
David Low
